As with all Titan Shifters, Takashi's appearance changes drastically whenever he transforms into a Titan. Standing at approximately 18 meters tall, . In terms of figure, Takashi's Titan form has well-proportioned limbs and retains a lean yet muscular build with well-toned muscles.

- Communication: Unlike most humans with Titan power, he is able to fluently speak without issue in his Titan form though he generally prefers to remain silent.
- Regeneration: In his Titan form, Takashi is able to automatically heal any injuries he sustains and regenerate any part of his body that are possibly lost in battle. This same regeneration also applies to his human form though he heals at a slower pace when compared to his Titan form. He is able to focus this healing on certain parts of his body which causes those injuries he chooses to heal at a much faster pace
- Hardening:
- Adaptation: As the Attack Titan, Takashi is able to use the abilities of other Titan via consuming a part of them.
- Berserker Mode: Takashi's most noticeable power as the holder of the Attack Titan, he is able to enter a berserker-like rage when he is sufficiently angered enough at the cost of loosing all form of self-control or rationality.
